In the framework of DRIHM project activities, CIMA Foundation recently donated a LACROSSE 2800 meteorological station, which was installed at the headquarters of the Municipality of Mele.

The station is solar powered and will be subject of study for the students of local secondary schools.
This initiative is part of CIMA Research Foundation social responsibility strategy towards a greater commitment with the local community. It aims to promote real actions of environmental education and to instil a culture of prevention of natural disasters throughout the community.
